In this age and time, food adulteration is rampant and taken for granted. It's evident by the fact that no one questions why the ordinary chilly powder is so fiery red.

We at JH 78 strive to maintain a high standard for our homemade products, from procuring good quality raw materials – some directly from the farmers themselves – to cleaning, processing and packing them. The products are made in small batches to cut short the time between production and dispatch.

The "spiciness" formula has been decided after much experimentation. Even then 10% of users may need fire extinguishers like coconut milk and cream. The other 10% whose palates may not be tickled enough may need to top up with additional chilly powder.

Through this small enterprise we hope to give employment to locals and under privileged and empower women. With the blessings of all of you we hope that our little effort will make cooking easier and enjoyable.
