Logo, Name and Motto

Our Logo: It symbolizes 100% homemade wares, made in small batches to preserve freshness and taste.

Our Name: A big breakthrough came when at my 40th class reunion, Christian Medical College, Vellore batch of '78, there was an overwhelming response to the masalas by my classmates, including christening of the masala – "Jai Ho" – the expression one has after eating the food made using these masalas and "78" for the year we joined Medical College, subsequently shortened to JH78.

Our Motto: Once the drudgery of finding the right combinations of spices to use for each dish is eliminated, cooking can become a fun activity involving the entire family, bringing to fruition the words of the imaginary Chef Gusteau from “Ratatouille”: “Anyone can cook”.
